We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to help build marketing at Softcery from an early stage. You will focus on positioning, audience targeting and long-term lead generation, with the opportunity to work hands-on and shape marketing processes that drive business growth.
We are looking for our future team member in Lviv, as we have meetings at a coworking space. We also regularly organize online and offline meetings with the entire team to keep in touch, even during remote work.
What Youβll Do
- Strategic targeting β help identify the right audience among early-stage and growing B2B SaaS companies that need AI implementation support.
- Market research & awareness β research target companies, track market segments, competitors, and trends in the AI and B2B SaaS space.
- Positioning & messaging β define how Softcery is presented to technical founders and decision-makers, shaping marketing messages that highlight our expertise.
- Content strategy & collaboration β generate ideas and topics for articles, case studies and website content. Collaborate with copywriters and technical teams to turn them into marketing materials.
- Campaign support β assist with marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, email, and website channels.
- Outreach messaging support β work with SDRs to define target accounts and refine messaging from a marketing perspective.
What Weβre Looking For:
- B2B marketing experience β 1β3 years in technical services, consulting, or software development companies.
- Strategic and analytical mindset β able to contribute to marketing development, set direction, and make a measurable impact by focusing on qualified opportunities and business growth.
- Audience & messaging focus β interest in understanding target audiences, defining positioning, and guiding content and messaging strategy.
- Hands-on and adaptable β comfortable executing daily tasks while navigating changing priorities and working independently.
- Growth-driven attitude β motivated to scale into a senior leadership role while helping develop the marketing function from execution to strategy.
- English proficiency β Upper-Intermediate level.
