IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and assume ownership of several ongoing projects.
 

You’ll be managing SaaS platforms for mid-sized U.S. companies — for example, an edtech product that helps African immigrants in the U.S. stay connected to their roots through language learning.

The role involves managing two projects simultaneously, and occasionally supporting discovery phases for new clients.
You’ll have strong support from senior leadership, but we value independence, ownership, and proactivity.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee full project lifecycles (discovery → delivery)
• Manage priorities, timelines, and resources
• Estimate projects for new clients
• Communicate with customers and manage expectations
• Handle risks and change management
• Analyze and clarify requirements
• Prepare project documentation
• Work with cross-functional teams using Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development or SaaS
• Experience managing outsourced development teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban 
• Experience with JIRA / Trello / Notion
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• English — B2 or higher
• Business-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple projects
