Transformation Company / Middle Python Developer

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years as a hands-on ai/software engineer (Python preferred), plus recent ownership of delivery.
• Python backend context (FastAPI/Django/Flask), SQL, Docker, basic cloud (AWS/GCP) awareness
• Strong communicator who can translate between product and engineering.
• Comfortable reading/writing code, reviewing PRs, debugging issues, and pairing with engineers.
• Jira/Linear + Confluence/Notion
• GitHub/GitLab, CI (GitHub Actions/CircleCI)
• Monitoring/alerts (Grafana/Prometheus/Sentry)

Responsibilities:

• Own delivery: plan sprints, track scope/risks, keep timelines honest, drive blockers to zero.
• Technical glue: clarify requirements, break down work, define acceptance criteria, and keep the backlog healthy.
• Hands-on support: pick up small tickets, write scripts/migrations, create tooling/tests, and help with incident response when needed.
• Engineering hygiene: enforce code review standards, CI/CD discipline, release cadence, and metrics.
• Stakeholder comms: concise status updates, risk registers, and crisp decision logs.
