Business Development Manager
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our partnerships across crypto, DeFi, and fintech, open new markets, and help shape Balancify’s global growth strategy.
Your Role
- Build strategic partnerships with crypto exchanges, DeFi projects, payment gateways, and fintech companies.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and identify new business opportunities across emerging markets.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle — from outreach to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product and business goals.
Represent Balancify within the market and across Web3 communities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Growth.
- Understanding of Web3, DeFi, or crypto payments.
- Proven track record in building B2B partnerships and closing deals.
English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to Have
- Existing network within the crypto / fintech ecosystem.
- Experience working in startups or fast-scaling projects.
Understanding of SaaS + Web3 monetization models.
