Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our partnerships across crypto, DeFi, and fintech, open new markets, and help shape Balancify’s global growth strategy.

 

Your Role

  • Build strategic partnerships with crypto exchanges, DeFi projects, payment gateways, and fintech companies.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and identify new business opportunities across emerging markets.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle — from outreach to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product and business goals.
  • Represent Balancify within the market and across Web3 communities.

     

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Growth.
  • Understanding of Web3, DeFi, or crypto payments.
  • Proven track record in building B2B partnerships and closing deals.
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

     

Nice to Have

  • Existing network within the crypto / fintech ecosystem.
  • Experience working in startups or fast-scaling projects.
  • Understanding of SaaS + Web3 monetization models.
