Senior project manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead cross-functional teams and oversee the entire software development lifecycle. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, agile methodology experience, and excellent communication skills to ensure product success from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams through the complete software development lifecycle.
• Create and manage a product roadmap, incorporating stakeholder feedback and aligning with technical requirements and milestones.
• Review and validate product requirements, technical specifications, and architecture decisions; facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes.
• Write detailed, technical user stories and acceptance criteria; collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to break down complex features into manageable tasks.
• Manage SCRUM/Agile processes and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with product owners.
• Oversee sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Ensure product features meet quality, performance, and security standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams, both internally and externally.
• Manage project workflows using JIRA, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
• Coordinate code repositories and deployment processes via GitHub/GitLab.
• Work closely with DevOps & Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipeline operations and incident response.

• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation.

   

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in software development or technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM), including backlog management, sprint execution, and retrospectives.
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
• Ability to review technical documentation, perform data analysis, and apply technical writing skills.
• Basic programming knowledge and familiarity with A/B testing are a plus.
• Certifications such as Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Agile Certified Project Manager (ACPM) are nice to have.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
