Odoo Developer

Job overview:

 We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Odoo Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, customization, and maintenance of Odoo-based ERP solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong Python skills, deep knowledge of the Odoo framework, and a passion for creating efficient, scalable business applications.
 

Does this relate to you?

- 3+ years of experience in Python development, with at least 2 years specifically in Odoo.
- Solid understanding of the Odoo framework and architecture.
- Hands-on experience in Odoo module development, customization, and integration.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript.
- Proficient with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Ability to analyze and optimize existing Odoo code and functionality.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Experience in technical scoping is a plus.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher, with good written and verbal communication skills.

A new team member will be in charge of:

- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with Odoo consultants to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform Odoo upgrades and version migrations, ensuring data integrity and compatibility.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo and third-party systems via APIs.
- Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across modules.
- Write clear, maintainable documentation for developed features and customizations.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to best development practices.
- Provide technical support and assist with user training when needed.
