Marketing Manager

We are a fast-growing company in the iGaming industry, developing our own platform. We’re looking for an experienced and data-driven Marketing Manager who has a strong background in iGaming marketing and is ready to lead our in-house marketing strategy from planning to execution.

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement a full-funnel marketing strategy for our internal product (not agency/not client-based).
  • Analyze key marketing metrics (CAC, CPA, ROI, ARPU, Retention, LTV, etc.) and identify areas for optimization.
  • Detect weak points in the user journey and suggest data-backed improvements.
  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels: paid traffic, affiliate networks, email, push, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: analytics, CRM, product, and creative.
  • Constantly test hypotheses, run A/B tests, and iterate campaigns based on performance data.
  • Focus on sustainable user acquisition and retention, not just short-term volume.

     

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry (2+ years minimum).
  • Strong track record of working with in-house products preferably (not freelance or agency-based).
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing channels (PPC, affiliates, SEO, CRM, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience working with marketing analytics tools: GA4, Amplitude, Power BI, Looker, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive.

     

Nice to Have:

 

  • Experience launching or scaling new iGaming products.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, push notifications, and CRM workflows.
  • Experience working with the Turkish market (GEO Turkey): audience behavior, cultural insights, local traffic sources, regulations.
