Sales Manager

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, understands the nuances of traffic and affiliate business, and is ready to take full ownership of their results.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Search for and connect with new affiliates and partners globally.
  • Analyze partner traffic sources and business models to identify growth potential.
  • Negotiate and provide the best partnership conditions for each source.
  • Manage communication β€” from the first contact to the first deposit.
  • Reactivate inactive partners and scale existing collaborations.
  • Monitor traffic quality, coordinate with marketing and analytics teams.
  • Participate in the development of promotional activities and partnership offers.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ year in Sales / Affiliate Marketing / iGaming / Gambling.
  • Strong understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models and main traffic sources.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset, goal orientation, and proactivity.
  • A personal network or database of affiliates β€” will be a big plus.
