🛠 Responsibilities

• ✅ Design, build, and maintain scalable platforms and services
• ✅ Collaborate with PMs, UX designers, and engineers to define solutions
• ✅ Drive initiatives to improve developer velocity, quality, and satisfaction
• ✅ Conduct code reviews and mentor teammates
• ✅ Stay up to date with AI, developer tooling, and engineering best practices

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development
• Proficiency in C# and React
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with REST/gRPC APIs and event-driven systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for improving developer experience

➕ Nice to Have

• Experience with Experimentation / dark launching
• Background with AWS AI ecosystem (e.g., Bedrock)
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar tools
