Hard skills requirements (including years):
- 2โ3+ years as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Working knowledge of business analysis and Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), backlog management.
- Proven experience eliciting and documenting requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional specs.
- Familiarity with web application architecture concepts.
- BPMN process modeling.
- UX & design principles: user flows, wireframing, usability heuristics.
- Prototyping: low-/mid-fidelity clickable prototypes in Figma; ability to annotate screens and edge cases for handoff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to clarify complex information into clear, actionable requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Co-plan and co-facilitate workshops with stakeholders and the delivery team to elicit, clarify, and document business/technical requirements.
- Investigate existing materials and provide structured analyses of target users, problems, and opportunities.
- Translate business needs into epics, user stories; define MVP scope, dependencies, and acceptance criteria aligned with goals.
- Create/iterate user flows, wireframes, and clickable prototypes (Figma) to visualize and validate solutions with stakeholders and developers.
- Work independently for low/mid-fi wireframes to ensure usability, accessibility, and responsive behaviors are captured in requirements.
- Collaborate with QA to align stories with test scenarios and edge cases; ensure traceability from requirements โ design โ test coverage.

Time zone: Operating primarily in the CET timezone for internal meetings, with flexibility to accommodate calls with MDT-timezone clients (up to 9 p.m. CET).
