Salesforce Lead

On behalf of our Client from the  USA, Mobilunity is looking for a Salesforce Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead technical architect for the Salesforce Order Management platform,responsible for the end-to-end solution design and system integrity.
  • Translate business requirements from fulfillment, customer service, and finance teams into technical designs and scalable solutions within Salesforce OMS.
  • Design, build, and maintain complex order orchestration, fulfillment routing, and service logic using Salesforce Flow and Apex where necessary.
  • Architect and manage integrations between Salesforce OMS and our external systems, including ERP, WMS, and 3PL providers, using Salesforce APIs and middleware.
  • Own the OMS data model, ensuring data integrity and designing custom objects and fields as needed to support business processes.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving production issues, including order processing failures (Process Exceptions), payment errors, and integration failures.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution design documents, data flow diagrams, and administration guides.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their potential impact and leading the implementation of value-adding enhancements.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with an enterprise-level Order Management System, with at least 2 years focused specifically on Salesforce Order Management.
  • Expert-level proficiency in declarative automation, particularly Salesforce Flow, including the use of OMS-specific Flow Core Actions.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce OMS data model, especially the relationships between OrderSummary, FulfillmentOrder, ReturnOrder, and associated objects.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel fulfillment processes (e.g., BOPIS, Ship-from-Store) and the underlying inventory management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis on complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Order Management Administrator or Developer Accredited Professional certification.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I, Integration Architect, or B2C Commerce Developer certifications.
  • Hands-on experience with integration middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
  • Experience in a B2C or D2C retail/e-commerce environment.
  • Familiarity with the broader Salesforce Revenue Cloud ecosystem, including CPQ and Billing.
