HR Analyst / People Data Specialist

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an HR Analyst / People Data Specialist who will ensure systematic collection and analysis of HR data, development of key metrics, and preparation of reports for top management.

What's important to us:

Must-Have Experience & Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in HR Analytics or related analytical roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
  • Experience building and managing key HR metrics (headcount, turnover, cost per hire, time to hire, retention).
  • Ability to prepare regular analytical reports for management.
  • Experience with workforce cost analysis and forecasting (headcount & payroll).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

    Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in companies with 200+ employees (iGaming, IT, Digital).
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau).
  • Understanding of modern HR practices: engagement, retention, learning & development.
  • Experience preparing presentations and visualizing HR data for leadership.
  • English sufficient for working with documentation and reports.

    What you'll do:
  • Collect, structure, and analyze core HR data (headcount, turnover, retention, recruitment, training, engagement), ensuring accuracy and consistency across sources.
  • Develop and maintain key HR metrics and dashboards (headcount, FTE, turnover, cost per hire, time to hire, retention), providing regular updates for leadership.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analytical insights for HRD and C-level management to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention processes, identifying patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct workforce cost analysis and forecasting, including headcount planning and payroll budget projections.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize HR strategy, processes, and resource allocation.
