UI/UX Designer Offline

We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help elevate the design of our React-based web application. Our product is currently built using Ant Design (antd), and we need someone who can enhance the user experience while working within our existing technical framework.

What You'll Do

• Redesign and improve the UI/UX of our existing React application
• Create intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance usability and visual appeal
• Work with our development team to implement design improvements within the Ant Design ecosystem
• Develop design systems, style guides, and component libraries
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Ensure consistency across all product touchpoints
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web application design work
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma)
• Understanding of React component-based architecture
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to create prototypes and interactive mockups
• English proficiency (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Ant Design (antd) or similar UI frameworks (Material-UI, Chakra UI, etc.)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience with design tokens and theming
• Experience with user research and testing methodologies
• Understanding of front-end development workflows
