About ROLE

Join our team as an Business Process Analyst, where you will be part of creating and delivering a cutting-edge AI-powered business process management web platform, shaping the future of innovation in the industry.

Responsibilities:

— Gathering and analyzing business requirements (from clients and internal teams)

— Ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and expected outcomes

— Designing and implementing business and technical solutions

— Analyzing data to support business decisions

— Modeling and optimizing business processes

We’ll trust you with:

— Analyzing processes across different departments of the company

— Identifying wasteful activities and finding resource optimizations

— Ensuring quality control of implemented workflows

— Providing technical support to system users and guiding them on its functionality and processes

— Creating and maintaining accurate documentation

— Generating new solutions and contributing your innovative ideas to improve and shape our business management platform

Qualifications:

— 1+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst

— Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements

— Ability to model and optimize business processes

— Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

— Self-driven, responsible, and result-oriented

— B2+ English (written and spoken)

Preferred Skills:

— Experience with Business Management Platforms or BPMS

— Experience with business management tools like Monday.com, SmartSuite, ClickUp, etc.

— Background in or exposure to AI/ML projects

— Degree in business analysis or related field
