Growth Marketing Manager (B2B Review Platforms)

🚀 Mission of the Role

Own and scale B2B review & listing platforms (Clutch, GoodFirms, G2, DesignRush, UpCity, etc.) as a lead generation channel, not just a branding asset.

 

Your goal is simple and measurable:

👉 increase qualified inbound leads from the US and Europe via these platforms.

 

🧠 What You’ll Own (End-to-End)

This is a channel ownership role, not SDR or sales.

You will:

  • Fully own company profiles on Clutch, GoodFirms, G2, DesignRush, UpCity
  • Build and execute a growth strategy for review platforms:
    • visibility
    • rankings
    • conversion into inbound leads
  • Collect, manage, and systemize:
    • client reviews
    • Clutch interviews
    • testimonials
  • Define and run a review collection process with Sales & Account Managers
  • Optimize profiles using:
    • keywords
    • service positioning
    • category selection
    • case studies
  • Analyze competitors’ profiles and identify ranking opportunities
  • Track performance:
    • profile views
    • clicks
    • inbound leads
    • lead quality
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports (not vanity metrics)
  • Test and manage paid placements / sponsorships on platforms when ROI is justified
  • Work closely with:
    • Sales (lead quality & feedback)
    • Marketing (positioning & messaging)
    • Delivery / Account teams (reviews & case studies)

 

✅ Required Experience (Must-Have)

We’re looking for hands-on experience, not theoretical knowledge.

You must have:

  • 2+ years of experience working directly with B2B review platforms, such as:
    • Clutch
    • GoodFirms
    • G2
    • DesignRush
  • Proven experience generating inbound leads from these platforms
  • Experience in IT outsourcing / software development services
  • Practical understanding of:
    • how platform rankings work
    • what impacts visibility and lead flow
  • Experience collecting:
    • client reviews
    • Clutch interviews
  • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher (client & platform communication)
  • Strong ownership mindset — you build, test, improve, and scale the channel independently

 

⭐ Nice-to-Have (Strong Advantage)

  • SEO mindset (keywords, positioning inside platforms)
  • Experience with paid options on Clutch / G2
  • Understanding of lead attribution and CRM tracking
  • Ability to connect platform performance with sales outcomes
