Project coordinator (PM) of Web and UX/UI projects with advanced English

Position: 

Your responsibility will be to coordinate projects from drafting a proposal to ensuring its execution, communicating with clients and managing our Upwork account by bidding to new projects.

About us: 

We are an 8-years old software development company headquartered in Switzerland. Our team is distributed across Eastern Europe, primarily in Ukraine and Poland. We offer to our clients IT staff augmentation (outstaffing), tech recruitment and custom software development with an accent on Webflow development.

Requirements:

- min. 2 years of experience, can be 1 year if you have experience managing Web or UI/UX projects;

- advanced English;

- experience in managing simple projects (e.g. website development, design, …) with small to very small teams;

- (nice to have) experience with Upwork or similar (we can teach you);

- (nice to have) UX & UI design experience;

- (nice to have) Webflow development experience. 

Recruitment process:

- English check (a 5 minutes friendly talk with an HR);

- main interview (with CEO);

- (optional) second interview if needed.
