Senior UI/UX Designer (Client-Facing)

At DesignKey, we value design-driven development and are looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will work directly with clients, conducting live design sessions, presenting design concepts, and collaborating with our PM and development teams to deliver top-notch web and mobile products.

Please note: This position requires availability to work from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (16:00 – 00:00 Kyiv Time).
 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct live design sessions and product discovery meetings with English-speaking clients to understand goals and requirements.
• Present design concepts and demos to clients, explaining design rationale and guiding decision-making.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity web and mobile designs in Figma.
• Improve and iterate on existing web and mobile platform designs.
• Collaborate closely with the PM and development team to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Verify that implemented designs match intended concepts and quality standards.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and native mobile applications.
• Strong experience with Figma (prototyping, wireframing, and high-fidelity designs). Knowledge of Axure or other prototyping tools is a plus.
• Experience with website builders such as Wix is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills; confident in running live design sessions.
• Ability to translate client requirements and feedback into actionable design solutions.
