We are currently looking for a Global Partnerships and Service Delivery to strengthen our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, ensuring high-quality communication and collaboration.
• Analyze and optimize business processes, contribute to regulations and automation initiatives.
• Handle incidents and problem cases, conduct root cause analysis, and prevent reoccurrence.
• Research, evaluate, and onboard new partners; analyze the market for collaboration opportunities.
• Conduct audits and assess the effectiveness of service processes.
• Form and manage the department’s budget, monitor expenses, and propose optimizations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and coordinate interaction with other teams.
• Ensure quality communication: align standards, monitor SLA compliance, and help resolve disputes.
• Document processes, maintain the knowledge base, and prepare reports and performance metrics.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in service delivery, partnerships, or operations.
• Experience in vendor management, negotiations, and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of business process design, budgeting, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of influencing processes and finding solutions.
