IT Project Manager (eCommerce)

• eCommerce-as-a-Service - building and managing eCommerce businesses, implementing omnichannel services, design, web development, content, marketing, customer service, etc.

We are looking for a IT Project Manager

We expect from you:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT project management;
• Proven track record of successfully launched online projects;
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and knowledge of Scrumban, Kanban, Scrum methodologies;
• Collaboration with shared HR resources;
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for projects and your own work;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to find common ground with different people;
• Analytical thinking and ability to make quick and effective decisions;
• English – Upper-Intermediate+ (ability to lead calls, chats, and email correspondence with clients);
• Ukrainian – Advanced;
• Experience in eCommerce (!);
• Experience with: PHP 7x–8x/Yii2, Vue.js/Nuxt.js, mobile: iOS/Android native and Flutter.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing separate development and support streams of a large-scale project;
• Overseeing related directions across different projects;
• Communication with PMs of interconnected projects, sharing resources, and solving common tasks;
• Full cycle of IT project management: from pre-sale, requirements gathering, to launch and support;
• Organizing and conducting meetings with the project team and stakeholders;
• Creating project plans and monitoring their execution within deadlines and available resources;
• Tracking project status and evaluating team performance;
• Managing change requests within projects and conducting their analysis;
• Performing risk analysis and developing mitigation measures;
• Preparing and delivering project reports for stakeholders (both internal and external).

Team composition: frontend, backend, mobile developers, DevOps, business analysts, QA, Service Desk.
Technologies used in our projects: PHP 7x–8x/Yii2, Vue.js/Nuxt.js, mobile: iOS/Android native and Flutter.
