Project Manager

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects across different domains, ensuring smooth delivery, clear communication, and alignment with business goals.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicative, and comfortable juggling several projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple IT projects in parallel, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Coordinate task execution across development, design, and QA teams
• Track project progress, manage risks, and solve blockers proactively
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear reporting to stakeholders
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and structured

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (outsourcing, outstaffing, or product)
• Proven ability to manage several projects at once (small to mid-sized)
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage client expectations
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher — you’ll be working with international clients
• Confident working independently and making decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
