Marketing Generalist
We're looking for a Marketing Generalist with solid experience in the IT industry who’s ready to take full ownership of the marketing function — from strategy to execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build marketing processes from the ground up, while thinking strategically and acting independently. Over time, we are open to expanding the marketing team, and you'll have the opportunity to lead that growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B/B2G marketing strategy from scratch
- Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, the company website, and other relevant platforms
- Launch and optimize advertising campaigns
- Drive lead generation initiatives
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities
What We’re Looking For — Hard Skills:
- Experience building or contributing to marketing strategies (especially in B2B tech)
- Strong content marketing skills: ability to write clear, engaging copy for websites, social media, and landing pages
- Hands-on lead generation experience via both paid and organic channels
- Experience with SMM and advertising platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads — at least at a working level
- Understanding of branding, positioning, and messaging in the tech space

Must-Have Experience & Background:
- 3+ years in marketing roles within IT companies (software development, IT consulting, integration, distribution, etc.)
- Ideally, experience working with enterprise clients or large B2B segments
- Hands-on experience with the key responsibilities listed above
