Senior Account Manager
We’re looking for an ambitious, proactive, and business-driven Senior Account Manager to join our team and help us expand into new projects and opportunities!

🔍 What you’ll do:
- Responsible for account growth and maximizing revenue from assigned clients
- Develop long-term, trust-based partnerships with existing clients
- Drive account expansion: upsell & cross-sell services, initiate new projects
- Identify and convert client business needs into new projects
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and support smooth invoice processing
- Troubleshoot issues on existing projects
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and project teams
- Optimize the Customer Journey and client touchpoints
Maintain accurate account data and plans in CRM systems
✅ What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management / Client Success (preferably in IT outsourcing/eCommerce)
- Proven success in account growth and expansion
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills (with both C-level and operational stakeholders)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude
- Experience in eCommerce or IT outsourcing — a strong plus
