💬 Your role:
Build and lead a team of media buyers, ensuring its stable and efficient performance: launching, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns. Combine the role of a leader and a “player-coach” — setting the example and driving results.

Your zone of influence:

• Lead and manage the team of buyers: hire, develop, and drive them to results;
• Scale traffic volume and quality: launch, test, and grow;
• Deep analytics and ROI optimization;
• Search for and implement new funnels, hypotheses, and approaches;
• Full responsibility for growth, margins, and strategic development.

Required experience:

• 1+ year of hands-on work with Facebook as the main traffic source in a Team Lead/Head position;
• Strong understanding of the Nutra vertical (CoD / SS);
• Proven ability to lead a team, take ownership, and deliver results.
