Middle +/Senior Business Analyst

Key Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a BA in IT service companies (outsourcing or outstaffing)
• Experience with the global market
• Proficiency in English (B2 and above) with fluency in Ukrainian
• Ability to juggle multiple projects (approx. 2-3 simultaneously)
• Strong background in writing documentation (SRS, UC, US)
• Technical knowledge (SDLC, API, etc.)
• AI enthusiast
• Experience with pre-sales activities.
   

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Provide project support
• Collaborate on pre-sale activities with Sales, PM, and Technical teams
• Cooperate with Project Managers and Clients to define project scopes
• Write and maintain project documentation (SRS, UC, US)
• Participate in Scrum activities.
