Software Engineer (Go-Focused)

About Us
We’re a small, flat-structured team (5 people), working 100% remotely with flexible hours. We work on exciting customized solutions for Fortune 500 clients in collaboration with top US consulting firms, powered by our internal framework that we continuously improve and adapt for each project.

The Role
This role is primarily focused on Go. You’ll work across multiple Go codebases, extend our proprietary internal framework, and build tools and services in Go. You’ll also work with our backend stack and, when needed, dive into the frontend to contribute small features. We value engineers who use AI thoughtfully — as a tool to accelerate development, improve efficiency, and support innovation.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Go — this is essential.
• Ability to understand and contribute to existing codebases.
• Become familiar with our practical and approachable backend architecture: Docker, PostgreSQL, SQL.
• Comfortable working across the stack; frontend knowledge (React, NextJS, Typescript, MUI) is a plus.
• Able to leverage AI effectively to improve efficiency while maintaining engineering quality.
