Sales Development Representative ( Educational )
We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our SDR Training Program🚀
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales development, improve your communication skills, and start your career in IT with the possibility of moving into a permanent SDR position upon successful completion.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in European markets.
- Conduct outreach via calls and emails.
- Present the company’s CRM and generate interest from prospects.
- Work with ready-made sales scripts (HubSpot) and contribute to their improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Director and the team.
Requirements:
- English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactivity, persistence, and readiness to work with international clients.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge in practice.
- Previous experience in SDR / Sales / Customer Support will be a plus.
- Knowledge of additional languages (Norwegian, Swedish, etc.) is an advantage.
