🧭 What makes you a great match

• 2+ years of proven sourcing/recruitment experience in the iGaming / Gambling industry.
• Solid experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools;
• Strong communication skills and ability to conduct candidate pre-screens;
• Experience working with ATS;
• Good organizational and task-tracking skills (Asana, Notion);
• Upper-intermediate English level.

📅 Your daily adventures include:

• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram channels, and other relevant platforms.
• Build and optimize Boolean search strings for targeted talent acquisition.
• Publish and manage job postings in Telegram channels and professional communities;
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Manage and update candidate pipelines in the ATS;
• Track and organize sourcing tasks in Asana and ensure smooth collaboration with the recruitment team;
• Provide market insights and recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.
