Middle Automation QA Engineer to $2000 Offline

Requirements

Core Skills

• Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies
• Familiarity with different types of testing (functional, regression, UI, exploratory, etc.)
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
• Ability to create, execute, and document test cases and checklists
• Understanding of bug tracking and reporting (e.g., in ClickUp, or similar tools)
• Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Candidate should be able to lead QA process in startup/product environment

Technical Skills

• Practical knowledge of at least one programming language used in test automation (JavaScript/Python/Java)
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts (UI, API, integration)
• Advanced knowledge of how web and mobile applications work
• Experience with REST APIs and ability to use tools like Postman
• Understanding of databases (e.g., basic SQL queries for validation)
