We are looking for a Junior Project Manager / Account Manager to join a strong professional team. You will be able to work on long-term projects from the Travel Tech domain, acquire knowledge in Agile practices, and develop under the mentorship of experienced colleagues.
In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with our client’s team, engaging directly with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment with their goals. This role offers the chance to immerse yourself in a new domain, build strong professional relationships, and gain valuable insights while working within a diverse cultural environment.
Requirements:
• 0.5–1.5 years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, or a similar role.
• Strong focus on stakeholder management and customer relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in managing conversations with various levels of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to contribute to people management: supporting team motivation, coordination, and conflict resolution.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• English proficiency at C1 or higher (both written and spoken).
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Would be a plus
• Previous experience working in Travel Tech projects.
• Involvement in client-facing roles (pre-sales, discovery sessions, workshops).
• Experience handling multicultural or distributed teams.
Responsibilities
• Act as a bridge between the client and the team, maintaining transparent and efficient communication. • Support in building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with stakeholders. • Assist in guiding and supporting the project team, contributing to motivation and team health. • Track project progress, monitor risks, and escalate when necessary. • Ensure alignment of project goals with client expectations. • Learn and apply best practices in project and account management within the Travel Tech domain.
