Head of Parasite SEO

We’re seeking a seasoned SEO expert with an entrepreneurial mindset to build and lead a Parasite SEO business unit from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of strategy, execution, budget, and P&L, with the added perk of profit sharing.

Responsibilities:

• Own the P&L: Manage the Parasite SEO budget, autonomously allocating funds for partnerships, domains, content, tools, and contractors.
• Develop Strategy: Design and execute a high-impact Parasite SEO strategy in collaboration with the CEO, while staying hands-on in implementation.
• Manage Assets: Acquire and oversee assets like expired domains, redirects, and partner placements, balancing short-term experiments with long-term partnerships.
• Define Success Metrics: Set KPIs for assets (traffic, Domain Rating, backlink profile, rankings, FTDs, ROI).
• Test and Scale: Spot trends and seize opportunities across multiple GEOs with speed and precision.
• Lead Migrations: Handle redirects, content creation, site buildouts, and manage SEO at both tactical and strategic levels.
• Build a Team: Prove the business model solo, then hire and scale a lean, high-performing team.
• Deliver Fast Results: Achieve first FTDs within 30–60 days and profitability within 4–5 months.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven success in SEO within competitive or grey-hat niches (gambling, finance, or similar high-competition markets).
• Commercial Acumen: Ability to convert traffic into revenue and measure ROI beyond vanity metrics.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives in autonomy, builds systems from scratch, and doesn’t wait for instructions.
