Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth through lead generation, client outreach, and intro calls for a new product team. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional with experience in B2B sales for software services.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build lead generation strategy for B2B services and products.
  • Conduct LinkedIn and email outreach to potential clients.
  • Build relationships and engage prospects through strategic messaging.
  • Conduct calls with clients to understand their needs and present our product.

     

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in software services.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Sales & Outreach Tools: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, CRM systems, and Upwork.
  • Tech Awareness: Basic understanding of software development and IT outsourcing.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Time Management: Ability to work with a time tracker to log and manage working hours.
