SAP MM Consultant (Retail) Offline

We are looking for an SAP MM Consultant to join our agile team and support the optimization of procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze incidents, IDoc errors, and posting interruptions to identify root causes and process weaknesses.
• Evaluate operational efforts and the complexity of sustainable solutions, and prioritize them together with the team.
• Optimize business processes and implement solutions via customizing in SAP MM or in collaboration with developers.
• Drive improvements in incident management and monitoring processes in coordination with business units and IT operations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a commercial/IT-related vocational training.
• Knowledge of logistics processes such as procurement, goods receipt/issue, inventory management, or returns handling (ideally in the retail sector).
• Relevant experience with SAP standard processes and customizing in SAP MM; experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IDoc processing in procurement, logistics, and inventory processes.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner.
• German — fluent/native (mandatory).
