Head of Performance Marketing

Responsibilities:

 

  • Development and implementation of strategies to acquire new users in the B2C segment;
  • Management of all performance channels (PPC, SEO, ASO, Affiliate, Influencer, SMM, Media Buying);
  • Analysis of the acquisition funnel: from click to registration, deposit, and retention;
  • Continuous A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, traffic channels, and CPA models;
  • Coordination and development of the existing User Acquisition team (Media Buyers, Affiliate Manager, SEO, PPC);
  • Managing the traffic team: structuring, setting KPIs, auditing processes, and implementing improvements;
  • Budget management: planning, allocation, optimization of spend, and ROI;
  • Working with analytics platforms (Tableau);
  • Close collaboration with retention, product, marketing, and analytics departments to increase LTV and ARPU;
  • Monitoring the market, trends, competitors, and implementing new approaches in user acquisition.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 4+ years of experience in User Acquisition, including 1+ year in a managerial role;
  • Experience in iGaming / Gambling / Betting โ€” mandatory;
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with performance channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, UAC, programmatic, push networks);
  • Experience managing large budgets;
  • Proven experience in building or developing UA/Media Buying teams;
  • Analytical mindset, ability to work with metrics: CPA, LTV, ROI, ARPU, CAC;
  • Experience with anti-fraud tools, trackers, and BI systems.
