  • Responsibilities:

    Technical support role for the platform:
    • Deal with L1/L2 tickets
    • Escalate to L3 in case of a need
    • Collaborate with different stakeholders
    • Investigate and provide comprehensive details for quick resolution
    • DevOps Experience

  • Mandatory Skills Description:

    • Atlassian tools (Confluence/Jira) knowledge
    • Linux administration and troubleshooting experience
    • Good networking understanding
    • Strong communication skills (Intermediate English or higher)

  • Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

    • ITIL - incident and change management (ServiceNow)
    • Scripting languages knowledge
    • Git (GitHub) knowledge
    • Zabbix monitoring platform
    • Cloud (AWS) and DevOps knowledge
    • Experience with Kubernetes
