Technical Support Specialist to $1200

Summary

Hello there!

We are expanding our team and looking for a Technical Support Specialist for the logistics company who develops a digital platform for freight documents (mobile app, backend, and web portal). You will be communicating with the clients in English by email and phone, helping to troubleshoot various technical issues using internal back-office tools and closely collaborating with the international development team.

 

Requirements

  • Excellent speaking and writing English skills
  • Experience in technical support
  • Strong technical skills (you must understand what an API and JSON is, be comfortable with troubleshooting technical issues)
  • Any experience working in IT will be a plus (programming, QA, pm, etc.)
  • Experience in logistics is a plus

     

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting client technical issues by email and calls by closely collaborating with the development team
  • Assisting clients with their support questions and inquiries
  • Occasionally, help the development team with various minor things (testing, writing technical documentation)
