Senior DevOps / SRE

The Role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help us build robust visibility into the heart of our logistics integrations. You will design systems that allow us to detect disruptions in carrier APIs, warehouse data feeds, and transportation networks before they impact customers.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Implement observability best practices using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high system availability and security.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortems.
• Contribute to infrastructure architecture decisions and process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps or SRE Engineer.
• Strong background in Linux systems and networking.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.).
• Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Experience with monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Datadog, etc.).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).
• Solid understanding of security best practices and cloud cost optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure.
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
• Familiarity with GitOps principles and tools.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001, etc.).
