Recruiter
We are currently looking for a Recruiter (Middle–Senior) who can quickly and effectively close technical and marketing positions for our clients. If you are result-oriented, know how to hunt candidates, and are ready to join our team as soon as possible, this role is for you.
Schedule: Flexible, full-time, 8 hours/day
Location: Fully REMOTE
Type: Full-time and long-term cooperation
Responsibilities:
- Proactively hunting and attracting top talent, using multiple sourcing strategies (head-hunting, social media, referrals, communities, niche platforms).
- Quickly closing vacancies in both technical and marketing fields.
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, managing feedback, supporting candidates through the process.
- Keeping accurate and timely records in the candidate database.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and deliver candidates fast.
- Staying updated with the latest recruitment tools, market trends, and sourcing techniques.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with proven results in closing both tech and marketing positions.
- Mandatory experience in hunting candidates (not just posting jobs).
- Strong sourcing skills: Djinni, DOU, LinkedIn Premium, plus alternative channels and creative methods of finding candidates.
- Existing personal candidate database will be a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in closing positions fast under deadlines.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (ability to conduct interviews with foreign candidates in English).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience representing company culture and values to candidates.
Stages of the interview:
- Interview with HR (30 minutes);
- Test Task
- Interview with CEO or HR (25 minutes).
