Responsibilities:

• Defining product strategy and managing the product portfolio.
• Managing a team of product managers (hiring, mentoring, and development).
• Managing the full development cycle: from market research to launch and performance analysis.
• Prioritizing the roadmap and monitoring key product metrics (retention, LTV, etc.).
• Communicating with C-level stakeholders and key partners.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the product field, including at least 2 years in a leadership position (Head/Lead Product Manager or similar).
• Successful experience in bringing a product to market and managing its development through various stages of the product lifecycle.
• Experience building and managing teams (3-5 people or more).
• Strong leadership skills: ability to inspire, develop, and retain top talent.
• Excellent analytical skills: working with metrics, market research, and financial models.
• Deep understanding of product discovery, product delivery, and modern methodologies (Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban).
• Strategic planning and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, experience interacting with senior management and investors.
