IT Sales manager

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a sales specialist to manage full sales cycle starting from the outreach to close.  
Around 80% of your work will focus on generating and developing outbound opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other external channels.
Approximately 20% of your conversion process will come from inbound Upwork leads, while You will also be encouraged to develop a specific niche and build a steady pipeline within it. 
You will receive practical coaching and consulting, and initiative, professionalism, and consistent task completion will be recognized and rewarded.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive targeted outreach using LinkedIn (e.g., profile nurturing, direct outreach), email, and other approved channels to develop a focused niche pipeline.
  • Monitor and respond to inbound Upwork messages within agreed SLAs (typical first response: 10–15 minutes during coverage windows).
  • Run concise discovery in writing: clarify scope, timeline, budget range, stakeholders/decision process, and propose a clear next step. 
  • Prepare briefs & schedule calls for leadership.
  • Ensure all details and next steps are documented in CRM across all stages: keep statuses, notes, and follow-ups accurate and up to date.
  • Report on pipeline metrics to the Founder and COO.

 

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 or higher).
  • Professional workspace: reliable high-speed internet, quiet environment, and on-camera setup suitable for client calls (neutral background, good lighting, clear audio).

 

Schedule:

  • Remote, work-from-anywhere with a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with U.S. Pacific Time on weekdays.
  • Flexibility for extended hours or occasional weekends when priority leads or deadlines require coverage.
