Head of Email Deliverability / Email Infrastructure Lead (iGaming)

We are looking for a Head of Email Deliverability / Email Infrastructure Lead to build and manage our email ecosystem from scratch — ensuring high inbox rates, excellent IP/domain reputation, and technical compliance across our iGaming brands.
You’ll be responsible for the full deliverability stack: SMTP servers, DNS configuration, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, blacklist monitoring, ESP integrations, and performance analytics.

We’re seeking a Head of Email Deliverability who will own and optimize our global email delivery systems — ensuring maximum deliverability, reputation, and compliance.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the full email infrastructure (SMTP, DNS, ESP integrations).
• Conduct advanced deliverability audits (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, FBL, blacklist).
• Maintain strong IP/domain reputation, handle warm-ups and blacklist recovery.
• Monitor and improve inbox, bounce, and complaint rates.
• Collaborate with CRM/Marketing teams on best send practices.
• Build monitoring dashboards (PowerBI, Grafana, LookerStudio).

• Ensure compliance with GDPR / CAN-SPAM / global email standards.

   

⚙️ Requirements

• 3+ years in email deliverability, ESP infrastructure, or SMTP administration.
• Deep knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS records, IP warming, reverse DNS.
• Hands-on experience with ESP/CRM systems (SendGrid, Customer.io, SparkPost, Amazon SES, Ongage).
• Familiar with monitoring tools (Folderly, GlockApps, Warmy, mail-tester, MXToolbox).
• Analytical mindset and ability to explain technical issues clearly.

• Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or high-volume email systems is a big plus.
