UX Product Designer

Workload

• Full-time collaboration (40 hours/week)
• Fully remote

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the project discovery phase.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client needs, business goals, and user requirements.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and mockups to validate concepts and translate client requirements into clear, user-centric specifications.
• Collaborate closely with lead developers to ensure technical feasibility and create a solid foundation for project execution.
• Contribute to the team's growth by sharing knowledge, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring others.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in UI/UX Design, with a portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of user needs and business goals.
• Proficiency with Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead meetings and build rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills, with an ability to grasp complex business requirements.
• Intermediate English or higher.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a Business Analysis or Product Management role.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience working in a B2B or consulting environment.
• Technical background or experience working closely with software developers.
• Experience with Markdown and Git.
