Business Analyst with PM function
We're looking to hire multiple BAs to join new dev streams, which is a bundle of AI-enabled products available via API integrations. Quick hiring process (2 interviews) and immediate start after acceptance.
What you’ll actually do
- Own discovery to delivery enterprise integrations.
- Run stakeholder interviews and map As-Is/To-Be processes.
- Turn business goals into clear specs: BRDs/PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria.
- Break work into milestones; maintain backlog and plan sprints/weekly cycles (Scrumban).
- Prepare UAT plans, lead UAT, and sign off “done” with evidence.
- Track risks/dependencies; escalate platform changes with technical leadership.
- Report weekly to CTO/C-level; keep live status in Notion up to date.
Build delivery timelines and lightweight resource plans for new clients.
👥 Your day-to-day
- ~70% Business Analysis: discovery, requirements, process/data mapping, UAT.
~30% Project Management: planning, standups, unblockers, status, deadlines.
🏢 Enterprise context
- Complex API integrations with legacy stacks and multiple stakeholder groups.
Many clients are EU enterprises
💡 Must-haves
- 5+ years in hybrid BA/PM roles on enterprise B2B integrations/migrations.
- Hands-on manager (agile)
- Able to read/write API specs, sequence diagrams, and data mapping docs.
- Strong requirements craft: clear stories, ACs, UAT scripts, change control.
- Executive presence with C-level and credibility with engineers.
- Excellent English
