Roblox Developer for Multiplayer PVP Game

We are seeking an experienced Roblox Developer to join our team and develop a fun, chaotic, and action-packed multiplayer PVP game inspired by Gang Beasts. The project features a dynamic sinking boat environment, dangerous sharks, and collapsing structures, creating a thrilling and unpredictable gameplay experience.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a highly creative and ambitious Roblox project with a clear vision and defined deadline. The game is planned for release by December 1, 2025.

🎮 Responsibilities:

• Develop the core gameplay systems and mechanics for a multiplayer PVP experience in Roblox Studio
• Implement physics-based combat interactions similar to Gang Beasts
• Create and manage dynamic environmental elements (sinking boat, collapsing platforms, shark AI)
• Ensure smooth and stable multiplayer functionality and optimized performance
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and producers to deliver a polished and fun final product
• Conduct testing and iterate based on feedback to improve gameplay balance and performance

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience developing and publishing Roblox games
• Strong knowledge of Lua scripting and Roblox Studio tools
• Experience building multiplayer systems and handling network synchronization
• Understanding of physics-based gameplay mechanics
• Ability to work independently and meet milestones on time
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
