Trainee Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated specialist to join Grodas Group as a Trainee Lead Generation Specialist. This role offers professional growth in international IT sales, working with modern tools to generate and qualify leads. Previous experience in research, communication, or sales is a plus - strong motivation and willingness to learn are a must.

Requirements:
— English Proficiency: B1-B2;
— Strong Analytical skills;
— Positive attitude and passion on achieving results.

Nice to have:
— Previos experience on any position in IT;
— Any IT courses.

Responsibilities:
— Collect the database for outreach on Linkedin;
— Create the value-based outreach sequence;
— Launch and maintain the campaign on Linkedin either manually or using automation tools like Sales Navigator and Linked Helper 2;
— Conduct research and launch the LinkedIn campaigns for on-site meetings for Sales manager in the USA and Canada;
— Conduct research and collect requirements of cooperation with influencers based on certain criteria;
— Manage UpWork activities: initiate, execute usine supportive tools, control, track results and analyse it;
— Conducting negotiations on Linkedin in correspondence with potential clients;
— Qualify and schedule a meeting with potential clients(call);
— Organize the meetings (calls) for the Sales Manager;
— Reporting of completed work in Google Sheets and Jira;
— Creating and updating marketing materials for employees;
— Competitors analysis;
— Work with the CRM system Hubspot;
— Reporting to the Sales Manager and negotiate/initiate new sales strategies;
— Maintain contact with the team to obtain the necessary information for work.
