Partnerships and Outreach Specialist
Northstack Studios (a vital part of the Jones Group ecosystem) is actively seeking a proactive and motivated Partnerships & Outreach Specialist to spearhead the expansion of our client base across the UK.
We specialise in designing captivating websites and crafting distinctive digital branding for a wide variety of independent businesses throughout the country. Your pivotal role will involve thoughtfully reaching out to potential clients, introducing our bespoke offerings, and expertly guiding leads through to successful project conversions. This position is all about fostering clear communication, building genuine trust with businesses, and making meaningful connections - absolutely no hard selling.

Your Responsibilities
- Client Identification: Proactively identify and establish contact with potential clients across the UK using all ethical and effective means available (email, calling, networking, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Compelling Outreach: Compose compelling, personalised outreach emails or messages, diligently follow up, and meticulously track all leads and interest.
- Articulate Value: Articulate Northstack's services with clarity and confidence, ensuring prospective clients fully grasp our bespoke value proposition.
- Lead Conversion: Skillfully nurture and guide promising leads through the sales pipeline, converting them into confirmed projects.
- Query Handling: Address fundamental client queries regarding our offerings (full creative and technical support is provided by our dedicated team).
About You
- Exceptional Communicator: Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (a minimum B2 level is required).
- Confident and Engaging: Maintain a confident, engaging, and professional manner when communicating with UK-based customers.
- Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated, impeccably reliable, and entirely comfortable working autonomously to achieve targets.
- Professional Approach: Maintain a friendly and professional approach at all times, aligning with our 'trust-first' philosophy.
- Availability: Ability to overlap effectively with UK time zones for seamless client and team communication.
- Background (Beneficial): Previous experience in sales, marketing, design, or web development is beneficial, though certainly not essential - we value the right attitude and approach above all else.
