We are a software development company partnering with international IT businesses to help them build strong teams and deliver high-quality products. We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join us on a freelance basis with a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Full recruitment cycle: from sourcing to offer stage.
- Active sourcing via LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, and internal databases.
- Conducting screening interviews and evaluating candidates’ hard/soft skills.
- Assessing candidates’ English level during the recruitment process.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to clarify requirements.
- Maintaining candidate database and regular communication.
Preparing short reports on recruitment progress.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools and channels.
- Understanding of technical roles (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, ability to build rapport.
English — Intermediate+ (for testing candidates’ language level).
