Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital / Head of Acquisition to lead our traffic acquisition and digital strategy. This role goes beyond managing performance marketing—it requires full ownership of our acquisition model, ensuring the right balance between performance campaigns and media exposure across key channels.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute the overall digital acquisition strategy across multiple channels.
● Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Affiliates, Programmatic).
● Oversee media and brand visibility to support performance targets.
● Lead, mentor, and scale the acquisition/digital marketing team.
● Define KPIs, budgets, and reporting frameworks for acquisition channels.
● Collaborate with product, data, and brand teams to drive sustainable growth.
● Monitor competitors (Sportybet, Bet9ja, Betking, Nairabet, Msport, etc.) and industry trends to identify opportunities.
Requirements
● 5+ years of experience in digital marketing & acquisition (preferably in iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainment).
● Proven track record in scaling paid media and acquisition funnels.
● Strong understanding of both performance and brand/media marketing.
● Leadership experience: managing teams, agencies, and budgets.
● Data-driven mindset with solid analytics and reporting skills.
● Fluency in English; experience with African or emerging markets is a strong plus.
