Sales Manager

PayPilot is an innovative fintech platform that provides businesses of all sizes with efficient and secure payment solutions. Our mission is to simplify financial operations and give businesses full control over payments, serving both B2B and B2C clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients across B2B and B2C segments;
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of payment solutions for corporate clients and individual merchants;
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships;
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives;
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize commercial offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, preferably in fintech or payment solutions;
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills for clients of various sizes;
  • Possession of an existing merchant client base is a strong advantage;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Results-oriented with strategic thinking capabilities.
