Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, focusing on technical roles in the IT, DevOps, and Cloud sectors. The ideal candidate has a background in sourcing, recruiting, and managing candidate pipelines using advanced search techniques, and can deliver excellent candidate experience.

Requirements:

-0.5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
-Focusing on recruiting for technical roles in IT, DevOps, or Cloud environments
-Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques like -Boolean and X-Ray searches
-Demonstrated ability to turn passive prospects into active candidates using a variety of talent engagement tools and techniques
-A self-starter capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously and working independently
-English – B2
-Ability to work within tense timeline

Responsibilities:

-Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray search, Boolean search, job boards, networking, events, and more
-Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
-Take full ownership of assigned roles by ensuring all candidates' data and status are up to date in the ATS
-Manage the recruitment process for your assigned roles from initial sourcing to final hire, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
-Act as a brand ambassador for the company, delivering a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
-Ensure each role is posted across various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other social media channels to maximize visibility and outreach
-Lead employer branding initiatives
-Recruitment KPI reporting
