Project Manager

Project Manager (Middle/Senior): Enterprise Transformation Lead (Salesforce, FinTech)

The PM's Dream Project: Full-Cycle Ownership from Discovery to Go-Live in the Financial Sector!

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager (Middle/Senior) to become the linchpin of a large-scale, strategically critical Salesforce project for an enterprise client in the financial services sector.

This role is about more than just managing development—it’s about owning the entire project lifecycle: from intense Discovery and architectural framing to complex stakeholder management, compliance adherence, and successful Go-Live. You will be responsible for ensuring process clarity, delivery quality, and timely execution across all phases.

Project Context

EverREST is partnering on a major transformation project covering the client's core business processes, including Mortgage, Finance, Collections, and Customer Service.

Your Mission: To ensure seamless project governance and delivery through every stage:

  1. Discovery: Facilitating workshops, forming the backlog, and aligning on compliance and security requirements.
  2. Delivery: Coordinating development, UAT, and managing the rollout to production.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Discovery Management

  • Organize and facilitate workshops (AS-IS / TO-BE analysis, deep dives into core business processes).
  • Formalize and gain sign-off on crucial project artifacts: Scope, Feature List, Personas, and KPIs.
  • Establish and maintain governance documents: Governance Framework, Communication Plan, UAT Plan, and Operational Readiness Checklist.
  • Lead prioritization activities, utilizing methods like MoSCoW and WSJF.

2. Stakeholder and Compliance Oversight

  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships on the client side (including VP/Directors, Product Owners, Compliance, and Legal teams).
  • Collect and align on critical compliance requirements early on (e.g., TCPA, DNC, GDPR/CCPA, audit trail).
  • Organize formal communications: running weekly status meetings, organizing the Steering Committee, and managing escalation paths (L1–L3).

3. Team Coordination and Financial Control

  • Manage the distributed EverREST team (BA, QA, Tech Lead, Devs) and coordinate efforts with the partner team (ClapSelf).
  • Take ownership of financial processes (time-tracking sign-offs, invoicing on fixed dates, and template control).
  • Organize Knowledge Transfer sessions to ensure full team readiness (PM, BA, QA, TL).

4. Readiness and Quality Assurance

  • Prepare for UAT: define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and establish the defect management process.
  • Control final project readiness through Readiness Review and securing final Sign-off.

Candidate Requirements

  • 1.5–2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with mandatory experience managing enterprise clients.
  • Proven practical experience leading the Discovery phase (workshops, prioritization, documentation, securing compliance/security alignment).
  • Expertise in preparing and maintaining core artifacts: Scope, Governance, Comms Plan, KPIs, UAT Plan, Discovery Pack.
  • Understanding of key compliance requirements (TCPA, GDPR/CCPA, Audit Trail).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with MoSCoW/WSJF.
  • Ability to manage multi-party teams (EverREST + Partner + Client).
  • Proficient with tools: ClickUp / Jira / Confluence / Google Drive / Slack / GitHub.
  • English language proficiency: minimum B2 (for documentation, meetings, and workshop facilitation).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience on Salesforce projects.
  • Background in the financial domain (banking, lending, collections, customer service).

What We Look For In You

  • High level of autonomy and accountability.
  • Systematic and detail-oriented approach to documentation and artifact control.
  • Proven ability to effectively facilitate workshops and resolve conflicts between diverse stakeholders.
  • Resilience and adaptability to work under tight deadlines and navigate complex decision-making structures.

If you are ready to take on the full challenge of leading a full-cycle enterprise transformation and driving its success, we encourage you to apply!
